Terms & Conditions

Party bookings are for the selected room, date and time shown on the booking confirmation. Party rooms are available only for the allocated booking period. Guests must follow the booking schedule to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation between parties.

The number of children attending must not exceed the maximum capacity of the booked party room. Any additional children must be added to the booking and applicable additional charges must be paid. Changes are subject to availability and venue capacity.

Late arrival does not extend the allocated booking time. Guests who arrive late may use only the remaining time of their booked session. Failure to attend a confirmed booking without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Parents and guardians are responsible for informing Fun Zone Playcenter of any relevant food allergies or dietary requirements. While reasonable care is taken, Fun Zone cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining whether food provided is suitable for their child.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision, behaviour and safety of their children at all times while at Fun Zone Playcenter. Fun Zone is a playcentre and is not a childcare or drop-off service.

Fun Zone Playcenter may temporarily restrict or close access to certain play areas, rooms or equipment when required for safety, cleaning, maintenance or operational reasons. Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to minimise disruption to guests.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting Fun Zone Playcenter. Fun Zone is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Guests may photograph or film their own children but should respect the privacy of other families. Fun Zone Playcenter may occasionally capture photos or videos for promotional purposes. Where identifiable guests are intentionally featured, appropriate permission will be sought.

Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing Fun Zone Playcenter property or equipment where damage is caused intentionally or through misuse. Any damage or equipment issues should be reported to a Fun Zone staff member immediately.

By entering Fun Zone Playcenter, making a booking or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions together with our Rules of Play. These terms do not exclude or limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
