Rules of Play
Slides must be used feet first. Do not climb back up slides, push other children or jump from play structures. Please wait until the child in front has safely cleared the slide.
Food and drinks must remain in designated seating and dining areas and must not be taken onto play equipment. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children’s allergies and dietary requirements.
Please do not visit Fun Zone if you or your child is unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Please encourage children to wash or sanitise their hands regularly.
Please report any accident, injury, damaged equipment or safety hazard to a Fun Zone staff member immediately. Parents and guardians should consider their child’s age and ability when using play equipment.
You are welcome to photograph or film your own children. Please respect the privacy of other families and avoid intentionally photographing or filming other children without permission. Fun Zone may occasionally capture promotional content within the venue.
Children attending birthday parties remain under the responsibility and supervision of their parent, guardian or responsible accompanying adult. Party rooms must be used within the allocated booking time, and all Rules of Play continue to apply.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you and do not leave items unattended. Any lost property found should be handed to reception. Fun Zone cannot guarantee the recovery of lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Fun Zone Playcenter. Alcohol must not be brought into or consumed within the venue unless specifically authorised for an approved private function and permitted under applicable requirements..
All guests must follow reasonable safety instructions given by Fun Zone staff. Fun Zone may restrict access to equipment or areas for safety, cleaning or maintenance. Guests who repeatedly fail to follow the Rules of Play or safety instructions may be asked to leave the venue.
Fun Zone Playcenter is a playcentre, not a childcare or drop-off service. Parents and guardians remain responsible for actively supervising their children throughout their visit. By entering Fun Zone Playcenter, guests agree to follow these Rules of Play and reasonable safety instructions provided by our team.
